The AIMenta AI Leaders Cohort is a curated peer-learning programme for senior executives — typically C-suite and VP-level — navigating enterprise AI adoption across APAC. The Q3 2026 cohort runs as a blended programme: three virtual half-day sessions (weeks 1, 3, and 5) plus an in-person two-day retreat in Singapore or Hong Kong (weeks 6–7).
The curriculum is structured around the decisions that define successful AI adoption at scale: how to govern AI investment allocation, how to assess and build AI-ready teams, how to select and manage foundation model vendors, how to design AI governance frameworks that satisfy regulators without killing velocity, and how to measure and communicate AI ROI to boards. Participants work through a real strategic challenge from their own organisation as the programme's capstone project.
Cohort size is capped at 20 executives to ensure genuine peer exchange rather than lecture-format learning. Participants typically span 4–6 industries and 3–4 markets, creating cross-sector pattern recognition that is impossible to develop from within a single company.
