Common questions

Who is this program designed for?

Practicing product managers (3+ years experience) at companies that are shipping or planning to ship AI features. Useful for engineering leads transitioning to AI product roles. Less useful for new-to-product PMs — we recommend a foundational PM program first.

Will I leave with a portfolio of AI product work?

Yes. Each of the six weeks produces a portfolio artifact: a prioritized opportunity tree, an evaluation framework, a guardrails specification, a launch readiness checklist, a measurement plan, and a postmortem template. Hiring panels in our network recognize the format.

How is the blended delivery structured?

Two onsite days in Singapore at week 1 and week 6 for the kickoff and the launch simulation. The intervening five weeks are asynchronous with weekly cohort calls. The blended format is deliberate — the asynchronous middle gives you time to apply the work to your real product.
