Two-day workshop on production-grade agent design. Tool use, MCP, multi-agent orchestration, evaluation, and safety.
The AIMenta Agentic AI Workshop — Tokyo Edition is a two-day practitioner workshop for product managers, solution architects, and senior engineers building multi-agent AI systems for enterprise use cases. The workshop is conducted in English with simultaneous interpretation and bilingual materials.
Day 1 covers the foundations of agentic AI: agent memory architectures (episodic, procedural, semantic), tool-use patterns (function calling, MCP protocol, custom tools), orchestration frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen), and agent evaluation methodology. Day 2 focuses on production readiness: debugging non-deterministic agent behaviour, implementing human-in-the-loop checkpoints, audit logging for compliance, cost and latency optimisation, and failure-mode analysis for enterprise-grade reliability.
The Tokyo edition is tailored to participants building agents for Japanese enterprise contexts — including language-specific considerations for Japanese text processing, integration with common Japanese enterprise systems (Kintone, Salesforce Japan, SAP Japan), and regulatory implications under Japan's METI AI Guidelines and sector-specific guidance.
